🎯 Position Summary

The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for supporting clients throughout their enrollment and program lifecycle. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in the debt settlement field. You will work closely with clients, creditors, and internal teams to ensure cases move forward efficiently.

💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and professional support to clients via phone, email, and CRM.

  • Assist clients with questions regarding program status, payments, settlements, and documentation.

  • Follow up on pending items to ensure clients remain active, compliant, and engaged.

  • Review accounts for accuracy, pending tasks, and required updates.

  • Coordinate with negotiation/back-office teams to resolve issues and move files forward.

  • Maintain accurate notes and documentation in the company CRM (HubSpot, Aloware, DebtTracker, etc.).

  • Handle escalated concerns with empathy and a solution-driven mindset.

  • Meet productivity and service quality KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.

🧩 Requirements

  • Experience in the debt settlement industry (required) — customer service, negotiator, enrollment, or back-office roles.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to multitask and manage a large volume of accounts.

  • Experience using CRMs and phone systems (preferred: HubSpot, Aloware, DebtTracker).

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Problem-solving mindset and a client-centered attitude.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High integrity, professionalism, and empathy with clients dealing with financial hardship.
