Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of bilingual customer service agents.
Monitor performance metrics and ensure service level goals are met.
Provide feedback, training, and development opportunities.
Handle complex customer situations and escalations.
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to company policies.
Collaborate with management to improve processes and customer experience.
2+ years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a call center or customer service environment.
Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish (verbal & written).
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and drive results.
Must be punctual, organized, and goal-driven.
