We are seeking motivated and professional Bilingual Customer Service Agents (English & Spanish) to join our growing team.
π° Pay Rate: RD $250.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Answer incoming customer calls and provide scripted or unscripted responses during scheduled hours.
β’ Respond to customer questions and objections with professionalism and empathy.
β’ Clearly and accurately explain products and services.
β’ Use internal systems to access and update customer information and documentation.
β’ Document each interaction by accurately recording call status, notes, and follow-ups in the database.
β’ Resolve customer concerns by establishing boundaries of authority or escalating as needed.
β’ Consistently maintain a high level of customer service and meet performance targets.
β’ Build and maintain productive relationships with team members and other departments.
β’ Demonstrate excellent attention to detail in all customer interactions and administrative tasks.
1+ years of Customer Service experience
Bilingual (Spanish & English) β verbal and written
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field required
Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage multiple systems with attention to detail
Professional, confident, and patient in handling complex problems
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
Punctual and ready to work at the start of every shift
