We are seeking motivated and professional Bilingual Customer Service Agents (English & Spanish) to join our growing team.
π° Pay Rate: RD $250.00 per hour

Utilize client relationship management software to respond to customer calls and address concerns.
Resolve client inquiries, complex scenarios, and concerns with confidence, relationship building, and listening skills.
Support clients with empathy, understanding, and guidance.
Document client discussions clearly and concisely.
Apply strong working knowledge of client services process, using internal knowledge bases, to provide exceptional customer experiences.
Escalate and direct clients to managers, team leads, or other departments as necessary.
1+ years of Customer Service experience
Bilingual (Spanish & English) β verbal and written
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field required
Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage multiple systems with attention to detail
Professional, confident, and patient in handling complex problems
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
Punctual and ready to work at the start of every shift
