We are seeking motivated and professional Bilingual Customer Service Agents (English & Spanish) to join our growing team.

💰 Pay Rate: RD $250.00 per hour
🎁 Bonus: Perfect Attendance Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Utilize client relationship management software to respond to customer calls and address concerns.

• Resolve client inquiries, complex scenarios, and concerns with confidence, relationship building, and listening skills.

• Support clients with empathy, understanding, and guidance.

• Document client discussions clearly and concisely.

• Apply strong working knowledge of client services process, using internal knowledge bases, to provide exceptional customer experiences.

• Escalate and direct clients to managers, team leads, or other departments as necessary.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of Customer Service experience

• Bilingual (Spanish & English) – verbal and written

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field required

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage multiple systems with attention to detail

• Professional, confident, and patient in handling complex problems

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace

• Punctual and ready to work at the start of every shift
