We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate must be professional, reliable, and highly attentive to detail, with the ability to provide excellent support to clients while following internal procedures accurately.
This position requires someone who can communicate clearly, document information properly, follow up on pending requests, and help ensure clients receive a positive and consistent experience.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound client communications in a professional manner.
Assist clients with questions, updates, and general account information.
Properly document all client interactions and account updates.
Follow up on pending requests, approvals, and assigned tasks.
Work closely with internal departments to resolve client concerns.
Identify client needs and escalate cases when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client and financial information.
Provide a high level of service while following company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills.
Professional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable handling sensitive client situations.
Ability to follow procedures and document information accurately.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Debt Settlement is a plus.
Negotiation experience is a plus.
Experience working with financial accounts, creditors, or client retention is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
