We are looking for a Back Office Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, professional, and comfortable communicating with creditors and internal departments.
This role requires someone who can manage follow-ups, document information accurately, and support operational processes that directly impact the client experience.
Responsibilities:
Contact creditors to request updates, verify account information, and follow up on pending matters.
Document all creditor communications clearly and accurately.
Support internal departments with account updates, approvals, and assigned tasks.
Review client accounts and ensure information is complete and properly recorded.
Follow established procedures and meet assigned deadlines.
Communicate professionally with creditors, clients, and team members when needed.
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, back office, collections, negotiations, or a related role.
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
Professional communication skills, especially by phone and email.
Ability to speak with creditors in a clear, confident, and respectful manner.
Strong organization and documentation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Debt Settlement, negotiations, collections, or creditor relations.
Familiarity with CRM systems or account management platforms.
Experience handling financial accounts or sensitive client information.
