We are actively hiring experienced Customer Service Agents with a background in the Debt Settlement industry to join our growing team. If you understand client retention, compliance, and high-volume call environments—this role is for you.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Contact Creditors to schedule payments
• Explain account status, negotiations, and payment plans clearly
• Resolve issues while improving client satisfaction & retention
• Document all interactions in CRM systems accurately
• Stay compliant with FDCPA, FTC regulations, and company policies
• Work cross-functionally with sales, processing, and support teams
🔹 Requirements (Must-Have):
• 1+ year experience in Debt Settlement / Debt Relief industry
• Strong knowledge of settlement process, creditors, and negotiations
• Call center or high-volume phone experience
• Excellent communication & objection-handling skills
• CRM experience (Salesforce, etc. is a plus)
🔹 Preferred:
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Retention or customer success experience
• Strong compliance awareness
