Bilingual Trainer (English/Spanish)

About the Role

Debt Freedom USA is seeking an experienced Bilingual Trainer (English/Spanish) to support the development and performance of our sales and client-facing teams. This role is responsible for onboarding new hires, delivering ongoing training, and ensuring team members understand debt settlement processes, compliance standards, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver new hire onboarding and continuous training programs in English and Spanish

• Train team members on debt settlement products, processes, scripts, and compliance requirements

• Coach and support sales and customer service teams to improve performance and conversion

• Collaborate with leadership to identify training gaps and implement improvement plans

• Create, update, and maintain training materials, presentations, and documentation

• Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

• Previous training, coaching, or facilitation experience (required)

• Debt settlement or debt relief industry experience is a strong plus

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging way

• Comfortable working with sales teams and performance metrics

• Experience with CRM systems and call center environments is a plus
